Hi, I need a MIDI AU Plugin that would allow me to block any incoming message from my keyboard controller's pitch wheel. Anybody here know if such a plugin exists?

You may have a look at this: http://en.soundigy.com/midilab.php
Another solution that is not a plugin though: https://audeonic.com/midifire/.

I would bet you can do this in your daw, but something like Blue cat Plug’n Script can do it. Seems a bit much for just one use. If you tell us what daw you use then I’m sure at least one of us can tell you how to do it.

Although I use 3 DAWs (Reaper, Cubase, and most recently taken up, Luna) this really only concerns Luna because the problem I'm looking to solve is specific to a single keyboard patch (Ravel lite) that is accessible through Luna's 'Shape', which works in Luna only. This problem (random unwanted pitch shifting messages from the pitch wheel) might also affect other of Shape's patches but if it does, I'm at this moment unaware and anyway, the plugin I'm hoping is out there would doubtless be a "universal" kind of fix (pun unintentional ).If you tell us what daw you use then I’m sure at least one of us can tell you how to do it.

Hi Fartgum,
I've knocked you up a plugin that strips any pitch wheel messages from incoming MIDI: https://venomode.com/bin/random/fartgum.zip
I've tested on Logic, but not Luna as I don't have a UA device. It shows up under Fartgum > NoPitch (Luna might be different) as an AU MIDI Effect. Simply drop into your AU folder (/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/).
Hope that helps!

A tentative "Thank you very much!". Here's to "the kindness of strangers" as I presently blind open & run the file you've provided with both fingers crossed in hope that it's not a virus.

Right: I've just now started up Luna and it's telling me that it (NoPitch.component) "can't be opened because Apple can't check it for malicious software."
So "whomp whomp" for now unfortunately.

It should work now: https://venomode.com/bin/random/fartgum2.zip

Okay, I've been playing for a good while and no more pitch wheel problem. THIS ROOLZ!!!
Now I'm kinda wondering about the program or software that you used to make this? My coding level is "knows some basic javascript"; do you think this is a kind of AU midi effect that I would be able to make for myself?
