Yes as mentioned in the sixth post of this thread in January of 2013. There was no need to bump a four year old thread just to post the same information....
IrionDaRonin wrote: ↑Sun Jan 06, 2013 11:09 am Have you tried Asseca mGUIman skinner?
With that one you can skin anything

There's almost no information on how to use that program. I looked into it and contacted various people but no one could help. Anyone please prove me wrong

Here is the original thread by Asseca:

Doesn't look like he's been here since Oct 2016 and links to his website are dead.
mGUI was a wrapper for Gui-less plugins from 2007 and would only add another layer of instability if you tried to use it these days since I'm sure it was 32 bit only. As far as I remember no one was ever able to use it to create an alternative GUI for Synth 1.
I'm sure we'd all like to see Synth 1 get an updated GUI but it's probably better to just be grateful that Synth 1 was one of the first if not the first plugin that allowed resizing and user selected colors.
EDIT: Anyone able to download Synth 1 now ? I'm getting a server error on Ichrio's new site.

You can go directly to vst4free,com and enter synth1 in the search engine,
it has win/mac 13.1 betas to download, and a link to a 16,000 presets archive.
The new website makes me think someone is again helping Ichiro

Hmmm same message in Microsoft Edge as in Firefox. Maybe a regional thing.
Actually the link at Ichiro's site goes to VST4 Free:
https://vst4free.com/get_plug.php?win64 ... ta_x64.zip
So the server error is coming from that link not Ichiro's site.
The link directly at VST 4 Free works.

Are you really sure? A server error is not really regional. The link Teksonik is referring to, and that Yeager probably tested as well won't work for me either. However, going to the Vst4Free site and searching for Synth1 takes me to this page, and there the links are working:
https://vst4free.com/plugin/245/

http://daichilab.com/ works for me, but I don't think it's a regional thing. I think it's a browser security thing. I'm running Firefox 72 (I guess I should update today), and it shows that it's not secure and is blocking something like social media trackers, cross-site tracking cookies and fingerprinters. So basically, whoever created his new site gave it the new bells and whistles that cause security problems it looks like. The old yahoo.jp site linked from vst4free just times out. My guess is you could bypass or allow some tracking stuff to get your browsers to see the site.

I tried in Microsoft Edge with the only "security" option UBlock Origin disabled and all tracking turned off. I still received the server error.
The link from http://daichilab.com/ is different than the link from VST 4 Free.
This is the link from the daichi site which generates the server error:
http://www.vst4free.com/get_plug.php?wi ... ta_x64.zip
This is what shows from the link at VST4 Free that does work:
To be clear it's not the Daichi site that generates the error it loads fine it's the download links that generate the error.
