Hyperion Synth (https://www.hyperionsynth.com/) is a powerful multi-layer modular/node based synth plugin I've been working on over the last couple of years.

It's been designed to be fairly easy to use with ready made sound generators that you don't need to build from smaller components. Color coding and cable highlighting on pin selection make it easy to see how things are patched up, whilst animation windows and plots help to see what is going on modulation wise.
Up to 8 polyphonic layers can be stacked and split across the keyboard and/or on different midi channels and each layer has it's own transpose/chord/midi-echo and arpeggiator.
Modulation data and midi notes can be pushed between layers allowing for some really crazy inter-modulation possibilities.
Audio is processed multi-core/multi-threaded so taking advantage of modern processors with multiple cores.
Right now Hyperion is in its 3rd round of Beta testing and I am opening up testing to more than just a handful of people that have used it until now. I would really appreciate your time trying it out and giving me some useful feedback and perhaps sharing some patches.

To get an invite for testing please contact me via the website email form:

Well, of course I highly recommend you try it if you like the Wavestate - a lot of inspiration for Hyperion synth came from the original Wavestation. Free to trial from Tracktion.com
There's a few people that have done some initial youtube reviews/live streams - more are coming from others:
