I already have Falcon, but that’s very generous. When combined with the current 30% off deal and then the 100 €/$ UVI coupon you get that’s a very nice saving.

I used it, many thanks.

So cool of you--it pushed me into taking the plunge. I will pay it forward somehow.

I'm happy for you, I really am

I'm tired and my brain might have short-circuited, but previously couldn't I rename programs in the list view without going through the 'save as' process? I don't seem to be able to do that now.

Nor in the inspector.
Every day takes figuring out all over again how to f#ckin’ live.

Hello. Quick question about a couple UVI products and their use with Falcon. Does Drum Designer and Drone work within Falcon or are they stand alone products?

I see that Falcon has a drum sequencer that looks a LOT like Drum Designer and read someone online say that the Falcon drum sequencer is far more limited when it comes to available sounds compared to the $150 Drum Designer. So I'm hoping to grab it during Black Friday and use it within Falcon for an increase in drum sounds.

Also, Drone is very new, but it seems to be designed the same way as Drum Designer. No sound import option, just a large amount of built-in sounds that can be endlessly altered. But I'd still hope to plug it into Falcon and do even more with it.

Thanks for any info. Planning ahead on what to get next if a big sale hits on Black Friday. I just got Falcon, 2 expansions, then used the $100 voucher to get their new Shade filter/EQ and another expansion. :)
SW: Bitwig Studio 3, Studio One 5, Reason 11, Komplete 12
HW: Minilogue XD, TR-8S, 0-Coast, Bassline, Digitone, Digitakt, Jazzmaster
Pedals: Zen Delay, Black Hole Symmetry, Ottobit, Shigeharu, Tremotron, Dweller, Oblivion, Julianna, Rooms, Microcosm

I've not bought Drone, but like Drum Designer which I do have, it isn't standalone and you can either host it in the free UVI Workstation or in the paid Falcon.

It's worth waiting for sales because I picked it up Drum Designer at 40% off (89€/$) in April and I'm guessing it will be on sale again in the near future.

Usually for Black Friday UVI does 30% off everything on the site

So no changes or updates to the browser for tagging and organizing Uvi sounds and our user patches then??? Fk.. 😏

Why is it that the majority of companies push a gazillion sounds, I then buy them, spend a ridiculous amount of coin on supporting their platform and devs, only to then have to wait years until they figure out a decent way on how to manage their own content better. Please UVI, cleanliness is a virtue, please let us tag our own content and your content with our favorites in a more streamlined format. I believe you guys could make browsing samples f**king awesome if you attempted to try. Thnx

Indeed. Any modern VSTi ought to have a modern patch browser, especially when you offer over a thousand presets. :) Even a basic 2 or 3 column browser would be nice, like Nexus 3 now has. Having to click through drop down menus feels very antiquated for patch browsing.

I bought Falcon and 4 expansions but in order to use them I now have to buy winrar for £41, are they taking the piss!?

No you don't. Either download UVI Portal and install through that (best way IMO) or (if you're on Windows) just download a free application called 7-Zip which works with ZIP and RAR archives.
Google suggests Mac users can instead use a free tool called The Unarchiver.
