GRM Tools Evolution, Reson and Pitch Accum. Still use all the smartelectronix stuff especially destroyfx and Brams stuff (Crazy Ivan).
Edit: I forgot about NI driver with the modulation set to high frequency. It’s bonkers.
Also all these fx are basically 0% cpu usage.

Oh forgot about mxxx. It can get wacky fast with the feedback and the routing and the many different crossover styles (m/s, noise/tone, transient/ sustain, and regular multiband). A few mixer modules set to random being fed feedback with different delay amounts, from an instance of turboverb and sent though a pile of different modulation effects. It’s one of the best things for accidentally making a strange wall of sound from a relatively simple input. I will often run it into spec ops so I can use the spectral compander to catch loud bits and for the occasional freeze.

If you have Reaktor there's a ton of stuff in the user library that could fit the bill (even in the stock library, I use Grainstates a fair amount to add interesting FX). Also, Sonic Charge Permut8, especially check out some of the "alternate" firmwares...

Glitch or Glitch2 from dblue can add some serious movement to a signal with all of the subdivision and other options. Then maybe some of the audio damage stuff like big seq2 or automaton. Really anything if you're willing to fiddle with things.

Audio Damage's Automaton still gets a lot of use round these parts for adding randomness to a sound, can be mixed subtly, not just for all out glitching.

I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

But I only hear ringing in my ears then, from all the crazy movement I created with feedback and delays.AcrossTheSky wrote: ↑Mon Dec 07, 2020 1:56 pm Nahh..

Well...
The one I use the most is PA Triad.
Use high cut filter to get rid of the ringing,
...in the meantime read the manual and experiment with all the modules and modulation available..
And...
NI Komplete has loads of interesting vsts
to use as effects.

The clue's in the question:
'Movement' by Output
https://output.com/products/movement
or
'Signal' by Output
https://output.com/products/signal
both run in 'NI Kontakt' btw.
