What OS and audio driver are you running ?

Windows 10. M-Audio Delta 6.0.8.

Did M-Audio ever update their drivers to work with Windows 10 ? I've still got an M-Audio 24/96 and AP 192 but stopped using them when I switched to Win 10 after reading stores of the driver not working.

Really sluggish GUI, super slow to update, changing wavetables or presets takes a few seconds. I'm finding this really frustrating to use.

I had the same problem ( on my iMac) I dectivated the vst3 and only left the vst2 active. Problem solved. Maybe that's the case?

Finally.... I told Matt on the day I bought it, but thought it was only me.
It has issues with Cubendo on Mac.
As you described.... didn't realise it was the vst3 only......
let me try the vst2 and see.

Ha! So Nuendo and Studio One 5 cannot see the VST version, tried rescanning but nothing.
Edit, the VST is in the folder but a rescan in both SO5 and Nuendo 10 does not see it.Balls

which vst? vst2?
yes cause when vst3's are properly coded, they have the same id as vst2 and supersede them.
To see the vst2, remove the vst3 vital from your vst folder.

Vst3 behaves fine for me in Studio One Pro (4.6)

So VST3 doesn't work in Nuendo 10 and Standalone is screwed here too, but that's fine as i'll never use it.

Now to learn this beast!

it's fine here in catalina, with logic. have you tried running the standalone?

The standalone is totally unusable, all it does is put out a distorted pulse, the gui is snappier though.
Regretting this buy now..

Also, no standard VST seems to be installed, only the VST3.

Edit: After a reinstall the Standalone worked fine, I closed and opened again and the distorted pulse came back... Balls

let the developer (matt) know. weird, it works fine in standalone here. have you tried rebooting?

Technically no, but it's been working fine here since I refurbished this computer in August. I think I just needed to set the installer to run in compatibility mode and then run it as Admin.

Ahh I see. Maybe I'll try installing one of my old M-Audio cards in a test system to see how it works.

I moved to a Focusrite 6i6 and have been very happy with it.

I installed the vst2 version, but I cannot sign in. there's error message "An internal error has occurred".

I think there should have been a warning at download page if this is not going to work in Windows7.

Everything is installed fine.
I open the App and it pulses the moment it opens, I can click through the presets but the sound is still a distorted pulse. Pretty weird, I’ll let the dev know.
