Can one choose to use the USB or the DIN to connect to the midi to the PC?

Post

When connected via USB, the LX88+ presents two MIDI ports to the host. One is used for transmitting data from the keys and wheels (the controls will also transmit on this port in Preset Mode) and the other is used for control surface functions.
The 5-pin MIDI out will either mirror the data transmitted from the first port or it can be used a MIDI output from the host (for example, sending data to an external instrument from your DAW).

If you connect the LX88+ to your computer via the DIN connection, you will not be able to use the control surface functions.

Thanks.
Looks like I will be using the USB port.

What is the lowest sale price the LX88+ has been advertised at?
Looking to maybe getting this sometime by the end of the year.
