I've been out in the YouTubes comments section the week before an American election, excuse me for being a bit too eager to throw grenades before checking if that's actually the enemy.

Has the option to change the reward plugout to something else in the Roland cloud page been removed?
When i try to remove a plugout that i want to replace with something else i get a "invalid response format" message.

I have terminated my Roland Cloud trial. The GUI/interfaces sucks, too slow, CPU crazy, poor resolution, sound far from hardware, messy menus. It's been fun though, at least I could try and I'm buying more Roland gear
oh well, to each their own.

I love the cloud because the demo is now running for over 9 months , somehow the authentication process got messed up and I'm having a full working demo of all the emulations with no noise interupt at all .
I agree that the Cloud is a messy piece of software

Does anyone have problems with the Roland Cloud plugins on MacOS Catalina?
It's been a month since no Legendary plugin AU or VST3 works anymore on my computer. I've tried them in 2 DAWs. VST3s are not detected and AUs crash the DAW....
PluginGuru's Unify scans them but says that they have been detected but cannot load properly and blacklists them...

Also, just in general, if anyone is experiencing problems getting the Cloud to work, feel free to reach out to me directly or through the Contact Us link at: http://www.rolandcloud.com/support . We'll take care of you. Thanks!cocoazenith wrote: Mon Nov 09, 2020 10:43 am Does anyone have problems with the Roland Cloud plugins on MacOS Catalina?

When i try to remove a plugout that i want to replace with something else i get a "invalid response format" message.
Still no reply to this problem and it is still happening.
Any idea how to fix this?
It is also impossible to cancel subscription which gives another error message.

Hey, D-Fusion! Great question. We are doing some regular maintenance on the loyalty points feature. We'll update as soon as that's available again.D-Fusion wrote: Tue Nov 10, 2020 11:54 amHi Brian.D-Fusion wrote: Sat Oct 31, 2020 5:58 pm Has the option to change the reward plugout to something else in the Roland cloud page been removed?

For the cancelation issue, I'll reach out and connect with you on a DM. We did just switch payment partners, so there is some manual work that we in support are doing to help resolve these issues. Apologies about the complication, but it should be a pretty quick fix. Thanks for letting me know!

I still have 8months left on my subscription so there is no rush yet on that problem.
But i did try it to see if it worked.
The Plugouts and the Zenology Pro are great and i enjoy having my 80s to year 2000 dream setup in my computer

Some of the Roland Cloud subscription stuff is pretty opaque. As someone who signed up to RC the first year my understanding is I will get the same deal each year I'm subscribed at the ultimate membership level (2 free plugins a year) even though I didn't subscribe for a couple of years after my first year ran out.
If I now buy this 'Play 4 Life' annual membership am I then in line for 4 lifetime plugins after a year or just 2 and do I then run the risk of losing the 2 per year that I (think I) currently have? As it stands I think I'll probably carry on with paying monthly, but I may be persuaded to take up the annual deal if it it does mean I get 2 plugins on top of the 2 I am currently due to get and it won't affect the long term 2 per year deal.
Or am I already on a 'Play 4 Life' membership plan and just don't realise it's called that?

Hi, WatchtheGuitar! Brian from Roland Cloud here. Great question. I can connect with you to sort this out. If you subscribed during the previous Play 4 Life promotion, those credits for the time that you were subscribed are valid. If you cancelled your subscription after the previous Play 4 Life promotion, then resubscribed after the promotion ended, there are no additional credits issued. If you would like to rejoin the Play 4 Life promotion, now is a great time to do so, as the sign up period is for a limited time. I'll send you a PM in a sec. Thanks!WatchTheGuitar wrote: Fri Nov 27, 2020 5:04 pm Some of the Roland Cloud subscription stuff is pretty opaque.
