They are sometimes excited for a very long time. Like multiple NAMMs.

Post

I hope it's an Oberheim OB-X and a DX-7 since every other develper has done them but G-Force.

Post

In the DX7 department I think this one will be tough to beat viewtopic.php?f=1&t=445892&p=7940020&hilit=dx7#p7940020

Are we talking implementation or wait time? :hihi:
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Haha! Aw man, are Plogue slow too? I don't know their track record I just picked up chipsounds and chipcrusher 2 on sale and was blown away by how accurate the chip emulations sound.

Yeah, the lingering 'smell' of contagions would be permeating your posts, had you gone to even one.

Let's say both companies pay close attention to detail and won't release anything until they're sure it's ready.

The price of perfectionism.

Exactly , it separates the wheat from the chaff , it takes time to get things right
Talmod , u-he, cytomic , g-force , synapse , plogue, vallhalla etcc ...
They always deliver with flying colours , they raise the bar ..

the lingering 'smell' of contagions
so all those stories of crop dusting at NAMMs are true, after all. Wampler guy did a rant all about it.

could be the competition's tactic. hire a crowd, tell them to massively crop dust the rival's corner to a point of no return, keep your corner fresh and clean with air fresheners.

I mean, no one's gonna tell the subtleties of what you're promoting/selling, when your spot was violated by "the agents of sulfur".
