Hi Brian from Roland Cloud. Is it possible to 'stack' years of Ultimate subscription? For example, if I buy Pro Analog Icons (which comes with a year of Ultimate) which would expire in December of 2021, then later this month buy Play4Life, which also comes with a year of Ultimate, so my Ultimate subscription would now expire in December of 2022?

Patience everyone, hahaha. No one wants more than me for an overdue spring of 1990s/2k -era inspired synth plugins from the JD-800 to the millenial virtual analogs (e.g. Yamahas, Waldorf, Novation, Nord Leads and so-on). Harassing the messengers isn't a good look or is gonna make it happen any sooner

Anybody on Mac ? Use to work but no more : Live 10 can’t load anymore zenology. Too bad I’ve seen D50 is on trial and can’t load it too.

I'm on MacOS High Sierra, Live 10. I recently updated Zenology Pro to 1.5.2 and the latest RCM version too. I have to re authenticate everyday basically at the moment so that is annoying. But what is even more annoying are these things :
- Zenology takes around 20 sec to load the first instance.
- because I have to re authenticate on a daily basis, Zenology goes back to Demo mode so I have to reload it and I have to wait again for 20 sec...
- in demo mode, Zenology reset all preset ratings

I really like this synth but I kinda don't want to deal with all these issues every time.

I’ve reinstall everything and it’s working again. Exploring the D50…

Hey, SebAV! Sorry that you were dealing with some issues on the service. In order to run smoothly, we recommend connecting to the internet, and opening Roland Cloud Manager once a week. This will authorize all of your instruments at once, then you're good to go.
