Like it says here that-
Notes above the center stave line take down stems and notes Below the center stave line take up stems
Can you explain this part?

High notes have their sticks (stems) hanging down:
Low notes have them pointing up:
They go in the direction where they won't get in the way of other staffs on the same page.
If you are not writing notes by hand, this is not relevant.

I bet a simple search would save you time

Scroll back one page in your PDF for the explanation of what the stave lines are. Which of the five horizontal stave lines is in the middle?
I bet a book in your own language would save time also. But that might be difficult to find.
So alternatively try a book aimed at children of 10-12 years old with simple English language.
