From what your describing, the instruments in the Loyalty Rewards and Play2-4Life promotions will be kept, but, since Play 4 Life is the most recent promotion and the Lifetime Keys with the specific promotion are finalized at the end of the membership term, cancellation or refunding a membership that was initiated for the Play 4 Life promotion would nullify your two selectable Lifetime Keys.
