Apparently I have five devices claimed, under "Loyalty Rewards", "Play2-4Life" and "Play4Life-Ultimate", but I'm not sure a. what the difference is between these three, and b. whether I'll actually be able to keep access to them after I cancel my paid subscription?
HI, TW1306! Brian from Roland Cloud here. Great question. From what your describing, the instruments in the Loyalty Rewards and Play2-4Life promotions will be kept, but, since Play 4 Life is the most recent promotion and the Lifetime Keys with the specific promotion are finalized at the end of the membership term, cancellation or refunding a membership that was initiated for the Play 4 Life promotion would nullify your two selectable Lifetime Keys. I'll reach out direct to check your account specifics to verify.

As for Roland Cloud Manager not starting, apologies about the difficulty there. I would recommend reaching out to support through the Contact Us link at http://www.rolandcloud.com/support and we'll take care of you. Thanks!

Only just round to trying the SRX Electric Piano models. There are some gorgeous sounding keys in there, especially like the soft EPs and pretty much anything with chorus on it.

For what it's worth the new version of the Cloud client released today seems to have fixed this (and a crash I was getting on quit). Whew.

Hey, dumbledog! Yes, we got the password requests updated and fixed a bug related to a crash on certain systems. This progress comes from the help of everyone here in letting us know what's you all are experiencing with the service. Thanks to everyone here for the feedback! 😊

I also managed to upgrade membership from monthly to annual, they fixed that too.

On my iMac I can update the RC over and over and it keeps telling me "there is an update available". The update does not work :-(

+1 on Windows 10.

I've finally got it to ''Queued'' though. Must persevere.

Hi, FotoxBr! I can help with that. If for some reason the update is stalled, there's a direct link here ( https://www.rolandcloud.com/catalog/ess ... ud-manager ). To update, download the RCM 2.5.10 package, run the Uninstaller, then run the Installer. That'll should take care of it, but if you have any issues at all, please feel free to hit me up directly, or Contact Us through the link at http://www.rolandcloud.com/support Thanks! 😊

Brian, I'm having a similar issue. For some reason, whenever I start Roland Cloud Manager it doesn't show there being a Jupiter-6 or Jupiter-4 plug-out available. No BOSS effects either. Could you look into that and get that resolved? Thanks!

I bought the Roland D50 Cloud and really love it. I try to recreate a specific patch i made with it and it takes me nearly 20 years back again. The XV or JV is also intresting for me. Hope i can try it one day in their shop.

Hey, Funkybot's Evil Twin! I got the Jupiter 6 and Jupiter 4 request in on our weekly report today, as well as @WatchtheGuitar 's JP-8080 / System 700 request / Space Echo, and @crystalmsc 's JD-800 request. Thanks, friends!
