fret position in Strummer's Detect Mode?

Hi,
I'd like to be able to play higher on the neck in Strummer's "Detect mode", reaching those really high notes, but can't seem to achieve this. Any suggestions?

Sorry the Strummer can not do it in the Detect mode.
