This is a new version of the physical modelling synth, beta is available as an Audio Unit or VST3 for macOS 10.11 or higher (pre-2013 Mac Pro is NOT supported), and as a VST3 for Windows 10.

If you close the login window in Dropbox you should be able to click on the download button.

Sadly, looks like Xmode is missing, so it does not support MPE, which is a key feature for me. The original Audio Unit PA3 Derailer has support for MPE.

It has audio inputs but it seems that they are not active. It would be nice to use only the resonator section with another synth as an exciter.

RE: pre-2013 Mac Pro is NOT supported.... I'm interested to know, does this mean it WON'T run on pre-2013 mac pros, or you're just not officially supporting them? Is it a graphics limitation? Thank you for your time.
I'll download and give it a bash anyway

[EDIT] well, i can report that the 'macOS10_Intel' vst3 loads without a hitch in both Cubase 9.5 and Live 10, on my Mid 2012 Macbook Pro running Mojave. Seems quite stable even.

They said MPE support will be coming in the next few weeks. This is only the first beta.

All the resonator parameters (bars and springs) don't seem to do anything. Setting the exciter to say Pitched Bar and then hitting randomize which changes all the bar and spring parameters it always sounds basically the same except it might be a bit overdriven.

I'm assuming it is just incomplete, otherwise it is basically a handful of possible sounds and that is it.

Seems nifty. I'll definitely get down with this if they get a good mpe implementation added. Another thing that will stop me (temporarily at least) from getting plasmonic.
