Kontakt Snapshots

This question is of a newby nature. I have several Orange Tree guitars and have been satisfied to date with the presets included. Now I want to tweak a preset, but am puzzled at how to do so. I assumed that the snapshots were created using the sound modifiers included (reverb, compression, eq, etc). But when I change some parameters it doesn’t seem to affect the sound. What is going on here?

The factory presets were created using the front end controls on the library. That's strange that altering the parameters doesn't seem to change the sound, though. Have you tried something drastic, like turning the distortion effect way up to see if that makes any difference? If not, maybe there's some sort of bug going on where the instrument isn't responding to changes in the UI. If it seems like that's what you're running into, you might try it in the standalone Kontakt application just to eliminate factors from the equation.
