It seems that Ample Sound VST3 version (most recent) of ABJF and ABU crash my Cakewalk DAW ( also most current version).

I have not that problem with VST2 instances.

Anything to verify?

Thanks

Hi, does it crash at a particular point? or just randomly?

Hi, I would say pretty much instantly after trying to playback a fleshly recorded performance with a fair amount of pitch bends. I'm using JamOrigin MG2 converter. The Ample Sound VST3 is on an instrument track in CbB and not used within MG2 itself, so it's not a problem with MG2. Mind you, it might be Cakewalk and I see now that they may have corrected a similar problem in the version coming out now. Haven't had time to test yet. I will. If you have CbB, you can give it a try too. Again, the VST2 instances work just fine. Thanks !

@cldmrqs, could you confirm that you are using our newest ABJF and ABU?

Post

It's 3.2. Just tried ABJF VST3 to see if there is still a crash. Haven't used this version of the plugin for a few months and I notice that I can no longer have pitch bends at all. Looks ok in the instrument settings to allow pb. VST2 works just fine.

@cldmrqs, we will fix the vst3 compatibility problem in the next release.
