There's one in the Sell & Buy section for $80.

Zebra 2 was the one I was hunting few days ago and I got it for 105 euro from the 2nd hand market. I would have bought it from u-he direct but there is another 15% tax. Anyway, I was fool not to get it discounted in NI sale but in the end I got it and I'm glad that I did :)
Now, waiting for Zebra 3 which will be a must buy for me because I know it will be awesome (I don't know really but I'm confident that it will be an incredible extension to Zebra 2) :D

Post

Due to successive sales since last year, I could buy nearly all I was looking for (biggest names being Dune 3, Zebra 2, Arturia V8...)

Still on the list :

OBsession will probably be my next soft synth purchase (some quirks with Dune 3.4 update hold me back from buying it while I was very close to, but I'll definitely get it at some point)
Massive X when I update my Komplete 10

Then :

Modo Bass probably one day.
Trillian if I win the lottery.
Bazille to complete my U-He collection.

(This list is subject to changes when new synths are announced :ud: )

Same here. Been close to buying it several times, but backed out at the last moment every time. Then I turn around and buy two or more other items for the same or more amount without hesitation. Weird behaviour.

This is me with Spire......and I keep coming up short...(sound wise)

Eventually I'll figure it out.

I like FM and I like modular, so this should be an ideal synth for me. But I already have so many synths I haven't had the time to explore properly (including BazilleCM). So I am not in a hurry.
While you explore...I recommend going to the UHe website and downloading the Bazille cookbook pdf. Try some of those techniques in Bazille cm. You can't do everything but you can still learn alot.

That looks super interesting, thanks for the suggestion!

I feel that I have enough instruments and not enough time to use them. However...

SonicCouture vibraphone has tempted me for some time.

And I am waiting for a sale on EZ Bass, but it hasn't been out long enough to really qualify for this thread.
Even if the piano player can't play, keep the party going.

Xfer Serum.

It sounds spot on and there seems to be an enormous amount of 3rd party presets available for it

Does it ever go on sale?

Post

^Nope, but Splice has a rent-to-own offer.

Used to be Waldorf Blofeld for me, but it passed... I think

That one also tempts me. Then I remind myself that I'll probably never actually use a vibraphone in a track.

Definitely Omnisphere. Don't think it ever goes on sale so just gotta save for it one day.

I had a play around with the new Brian Clevinger synth and was pretty impressed. I already own Hive2, Zebra2, Reaktor, Lion and a few others so I'm more than covered with similar sounds. It's just nice to have it all in one tidy package.
