Actually, Galactic-Assistant IS exactly what i'd need, but i'll try free ways before.
This is a video of Elite:Dangerous showing some of what i have in mind:

It is just an example: more than the star wars sounds in need that kind of very short but "evolving" blips (even if less subtle and more "notifications" like). The evolving part being where i struggle
