I used the product manager to install ST4. I just downloaded the 187GB ST4 MAX part.
Do I need to download the 88 GB of Sampletank 4 content? Do I need to Run the library update? Sampletank 4 version 4.1.3

I had to go to the user area download and install the library update.
The patches are there.
