I'm looking for recommendations for drum samples..
Deep, thumping Kick
Deep, punchy Toms
Dry, crackly Snare with snap
So I want to create a kit where that dry snare sound cuts like a knife thru the other other drums that are bass heavy with lots of depth. I wanna say boomy, but that can make things get dicey fairly quick.
Thanks.

You could try Medusa. It's a kontakt library and I guess it would be classed as cinematic, but the drums are heavy!

Use some sample service like Splice and browse until you find the right sounds you need.
