I believe 2002 would have been the time of Gigastudio, looks for Gigastudio libraries.
Also check with vi-control.com, its a forum for composers and I'd imagine most of the members were around in 2002.

Signatures are so early 2000s.

I think was using Edirol Orchestral around that time.

I believe Garritan was already around in 2002. If I'm not mistaken, the first version of his Garritan Personal Orchestra dates from 2002.
EDIT: Not 2002, but just a little later: 2004: https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/ga ... -orchestra
Vienna Symphonic Library's Pro Edition and East West/Quantum Leap's Symphonic Orchestra were already around by then too.
Garritan Orchestral Strings were released in August 2001.

Thanks guys! I am looking at a specific harp that I heard in a couple of songs from 2002. I think it could have been an orchestral library either made in 2002 or before 2002. It is a very old fashioned harp in my opinion.

Look for Garritan. It might be it.

Garritan Personal Orchestra came out in 2003. I know this because I didn't have any money for anything of the sort before July 2003 and the GPO he sent me had to have been new because it arrived in a manila envelope in generic plastic CD sleeves, not a CD/DVD box or having any artwork, or looking like 'product' at all. definitely an early adopter knowing it from Gigastudio 2.5.
He was doing Gigaharp for Gigastudio circa 2002. It it's harps, it's very probably Garritan Gigaharp. I kept a Kontakt translation of it for years. Now I have their ARIA engine harps, which are probably as good and w. more harps in it.
VSL seems like they'da had a harp in 2002 for Giga but this is a year before I got into it. They have two harps, I have 'em, couldn't argue one over the other because these're all different.

It sounds like the typical harp you would find in the Roland Cloud SRX Orchestra or Korg Triton VSTs.
