Nuance: Latch mode bug in Reaper

In Nuance when a parameter value changes due to automation, it is being reported to Reaper as a "UI tweak", so they become latched and start recording (without touching them at all in the UI or with midi).
This makes recording in latch mode impossible since all automated parameters eventually become latched.
