Hi.
I've been trying to recreate a percussive texture similar to the one heard in this song in the background behind the normal drums. Does anyone know of any library, sample pack, or how to create similar textures using synthesis? Thank you very much.

Does anybody know how I can recreate machinery/industrial-like percussion like the one in the background of this track?

For this you can just get any percussion sample pack that focuses on metallic sounds and then use reverb directly on it.
If you want to spend money you could check out this one, but just to make use of something like this for only once, it would probably better to find a cheap sample pack. https://heavyocity.com/product/ms-ensemblemetals/

use FM to create short bursts of sound so set the volume envelope to resemble a percussive sound and the put a reverb after.
Use one note to play every few beats or a bar or two and keep messing around with random fm settings and record the output.
Eventually sample your own sounds.
