oh Rene is the person who always answers support, I think he IS support. So when I said Rene, it was meant as synonymous.

There is no other more direct method that I am aware of.

I think the entire company is Rene and Manuel.

But surely you could have emailed the support email in the interim, if you were unclear.

I posted here that i have exact the same issues like the threat starter but with version 1.8.2.
I am sure the problem is with the licence and i told it to the support (Rene) and after 4 weeks i'm still waiting. I Don't know what else to do.

4 weeks, that seems impossible. Are you sure your message came through?
In the end you will have to contact support. (Andre does fulltime support)
there is a new support ticket system in your Avenger account

I just checked. It is 3 weeks ago. I didn't say that the support didn't answer. We just haven't found a solution.
I will post screenshots from the support chat.

VPS Avenger has stopped working.
