I have suffered from Insomnia for years.
I have tried everything but little worked for me.
Eventually I decided to make some music and video to see if it might help.
Its a full CD worth of Ambient music with focusing visuals.
Hope anyone who suffers from the same ailments find it useful.

I am not sure if this going to wooooorrrrrrrrk
But seriously, it does seem well done although I would expect the segments to be longer with slower changes because the frequent changes in sound grab my attention and make me focus on the music.
I actually can't sleep listening to music so I am not sure what will work for others. It will be interesting to read the feedback.

I don't have any problems getting to sleep, only problems getting to bed
Like Frantz, I would think that longer sections with more gradual transitions between them could possibly make this more effective. It may be worth posting this at Ambient Online.
Was this made from all your own patches? Some of the sounds are lovely.
BTW, at 9:50 there was a "pop", presumably caused by the video render.
Good work

Hey Frantz, some very good points!
I have taken yours and Mr seismic's feedback and made some new videos.
At first I tried bringing the tracks closer together and that as OK but still a little too much space.
Finally just cross faded them which makes a difference.
Also just composed new music with no breaks.
It seems some people dont mind the short breaks so at least now there are several choices.
Thanks much for your wise words!
