I still can get some pretty abstract sound out of the original DUNE synth, that can't be done with the new versions and I noticed that there are not that many Synths that hav FM and Ring Mod Options for the OSC and the Filter section. Can anyone recommend me some VSTs that have these options?

not sure, but i think:

Knifonium
has a ring mod section, osc fm and filter mod

probably LION ?
does have a dedicated ring osc
and via the mod patchin osc-fm, filter-fm should be doable

osc2 has ring
osc2 can be patched to filter -> filter fm
osc2 has cross, but you can also patch its out to the osc1 input

filter can be modulated by LFO which goes quite high

Was looking at that as well. Mostly mono synths have these but some polys:
FM here is mostly exponential FM.

Matrix 12 (FM)
Tranzistow (ring, expo/linear FM)
Jupiter 8 (FM)
Xhip (FM and Ring Mod)
Diva (Ring Mod on one module)
Matrix 12 (FM)
System 8 (FM, Ringmod)

and many more...

Ring mod is the harder one to find,

SynthMaster can do ring mod/amplitude mod/frequency modulation/phase modulation using oscillators / modulators. Filter FM not available yet.
