I am aware of their pricing. And it's $75 including taxes.
It's just that if someone has a license that they're not using, I'll be willing to buy it from them.

Also, people post other stuff here that can be bought very cheap from the manufacturer, are you going to complain about that too?

From what I could gather from the EULA the license is nontransferable.

Yes I think it's time to clear up the question as to whether a Reaper license can be sold or not. The EULA makes it quite clear:

3.2 You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, resell for profit or otherwise distribute the Software, its documentation, or any part thereof.

Yes in the thread linked above someone posted that Cockos allowed a transfer but I would make sure the seller contacts them and gets written permission to transfer.

I would say that Reaper buy/sell posts at KVR should not be allowed due to the EULA. Someone can always go to the Reaper forums if they are looking for a used license.
