Yes. Especially since Audacity includes quite a few plugins
It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently now an 'elderly' so maybe I forgot!

Had a blast doing my track! Already submitted it :) Total funk improv with the Korg Wavedrum and Boss SY-1000.
Thanks for having this competition, new ideas came to me  - that I will most likely use later on! :phones:
With all the fx, amp and synth emulations out there, not to mention AI, you can finally sound like…? Someone else and something that has already been done! :tu:  ------- :scared:

That would be interesting. Folk could be a suggestion for future contests.
Is materialism devouring your musical output? :ud:

Geez, have zero idea of what is "avant" in 2021 - beyond original music that would be created on a computer We are very far beyond avant these days amigos.
You can look it up . . . : = )

How about Polka for NOV?

Avant garde is the moving front line of the next big thing. The moment you know what is it, it is already somewhere else, something else.

Nothing from me this month. It quickly became clear that programming funky rhythms in the Ample Sound guitar plugins would take up more time than allowed for this contest.
I do play real guitar and I have the pedals usually associated with funk (envelope filter, phaser, compressor). I can even maintain a funky rhythm for some time, although a whole song is still a challenge.
However, the analog and digital realms are strictly separated for me. So I'll have to pass.
