'ParameterMetadata.xml' Error Message [SynthMaster v2.9.6]

I figured out my problem. Not sure how much this helps mac users, but on windows 10 somehow I had entered my VST directory for the install directory, and it was defaulting to that everytime I reran the installer. I Tried charging it to the C:\Program Files dir and it still didn't work. Had to set it to C:\Program Files (x86). Then it opened in my DAW!

To solve this problem, you have to copy the entire folder of this path of windows:
Users / "User Name" /AppData/Local/Temp/Rar$EXa9588.40943/{pf}/KV331 Audio/SynthMaster
Copy the entire "SynthMaster folder to:
C: \ Program Files \ VstPlugins \
and everything will be solved.
"ParameterMetadata.xml is contained in the Resources folder of SynthMaster"
