Best DAW or app for Audio to MIDI in 2021?

Was using Dodo and it seems it only whet my appetite for an audio to midi coverter that is more accurate for a variety or different types of music (percussion, melodic etc.). Would love to get advice on what you all think get the best results.

I could use something that works from command line, or at least allows to handle large batch of files at once.

I've been using MIDI GUITAR 2 for a couple of years now and it works very well with non-polyphonic audio, as well as serving as an excellent midi interface for the guitar.
