Ok. Although you can run it with Rosetta2 (I guess you know that as well).
Plugins and a DAW. On an operating system. Which runs on a computer.

Isn't it normally $199? Can it be used with soft iLok?

Initially released at $199 in late 2018, it has been progressively going down to $149 and now $99.
And it's the one getting the biggest BF discount in the Kush lineup (same 60% off as Electra and Pusher, which are older plugins).
Basically, it looks like it didn't sell as well as expected.

It's quite CPU intensive, but very good.
Couldn't say no for $39.

And yes, it works with software iLok

I've got the Modeling collection, but am toying with the idea of getting the Modular from AAS too:

I wasn't planning on buying anything, but after playing a few notes on Plogue's OPS7,I decided to really splash out and spend $25 plus tax...

It's the best $25 I've spent in a very long time :)
No auto tune and iLok free...

can you link to where the deal with the Digital Synsations is? I found the discounted Flexverb, but it's the UVI that has caught my eye here
