I'd consider TAL. They have pretty low cost synths, which are high quality.

(You also asked for other brands, so.)
Plugins and a DAW. On an operating system. Which runs on a computer.

I can't seem to get the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) working on the Cherry Audio Mercury-4 Jupiter 4 emulation. PWM is such a huge part of the sound of the Jupiter 4 (and Juno-60/106) I feel like I'm really missing out with the Mercury-4.
Matrix-1000, MicroWave with Access programmer, MicroWave II, MKS-50 with MidiClub programmer, MKS-70, MKS-80 with Kiwi Patch Editor, Nord 2 Rack, Nord 3 Rack, Prophet REV2 module, Pulse 2, Shruthi, Virus TI

What do you mean you can't get it working? Do you mean that there's a bug, or it just doesn't sound the same as the hardware?

No, I think there is a bug. I have all the appropriate parameters set correctly as far as I can tell (this isn't rocket science). But no PWM.

I posted on the official Cherry Audio forum but didn't get a reply.

Oh weird! I haven't noticed any issues yet. If you post a preset I'll try it out on my end.

i hear Modulation, but not very much. maybe that is how the real one was? If not, perhaps post up at the cherry audio site forum. they seem attentive to bugs and corrections
