I don't remembering seeing any mention on KVR for Hammers + Waves by SkyBox Audio.
It was released in July.
It looks interesting, and it has samples from an EP 200A, Muted Relic, Suitcase 73, Obscura Grand, Modern Grand, Dulcitone, Relic Upright, J Celeste, UX Upright and J Toy Piano.
Info from the manual:
All of the instruments are powered by the new Hammers + Waves Engine. A truly powerful playback engine that was developed by skybox exclusively for this series. The innovative flexibility of the engine unleashes a torrent of new sonic possibilities for creative tone shaping.
Extreme timbre shifting, deep granular synthesis and hyper-realism controls, are just a few of the unique features that are packed into Hammers + Waves. As deep as the potential for sound manipulation is, a great deal of time was spent making the workflow as effortless and intuitive as possible.

It is Kontakt based. When you scroll down the product page is says "made for Kontakt". But it's supposed to also work in free Kontakt Player.
