My feedback is that it's overlong by about 1.5-2 mins. In terms of the singing, the syllables of the words are too much on the beat - and almost every beat meaning that there isn't any variation so it doesn't keep the listener's attention. Try delaying the start of some lines so it starts on the second beat of the bar. I'd also say that the wind instrument in the break needs some reverb as it sounds too far forward in the mix compared to the other instruments. The melody of the vocals hasn't got enough variation either, which compounds the "sameness" feel of the track. You could develop this track some more after some more work. Hope this helps and isn't too brutal - it was meant to be constructive.
