How long does it take to get the account once you make a purchase?

I've made a purchase and received confirmation from paypal, but no account email has been sent? (txn 78G65037CX5808716)

Anyone have any ideas about how long this typically takes?

When I made my first Ample Sound purchase many years ago, the PayPal confirmation and account info emails both arrived instantly.
