Incandescent Stories - Forgotten Dreams

Over the years I have collected some interesting instruments.
Some antiques, some ethnic, some just unusual.

Occasionally I pick one up and record with it....

Lovely for a 4 a.m. listen under a canopy during a light rain

Sounds like the way to listen..... :tu:

What is that? A hammer dulcimer? I love the way the reverb imparts a totally different character to the sound. I think it would be a great accompaniment to a thunderstorm, but you posted this 12 hours too late for me to verify it

Good work :)

Good listen - great flow.

Understand that you're showcasing one particular sound here, but musically I would've loved some extra layers to lift it all even more.

Thanks, I have been thinking about how I would do that.....

Sounds like a dulcimer to me. And it starts off a bit
Spanish-style. This makes everything sound exotic -
as if from far away - like a new experience.

A little less reverb would bring the instrument a
little closer - that could sound even more intimate ...

This little instrumental is definitely a strangely
beautiful experience! :tu:
