I tried the UI size but it doesnt seem to change the size of the menu icons / text. Sadly i can barely use it at the moment.

You can at least up the scale of the text by making a custom skin. Look at the small fonts skin included in the distribution. Apply that in inverse to up the font size.

are you the dev? thanks for providing a great free tool, if so! do you happen to know if someone did a skin like this already? i dont want to appear lazy but i had trouble finding stuff and i thought tx16w is quite popular.

No idea. Someone probably did, but that does not mean they shared it. Anyway, it would be quite simple:

}

Substitute 14 for whatever font size you'd prefer.
