i tried to contact them maybe 2-3 times now, i never get a reply. official form, facebook, nowhere.

did anyone had any luck in the past?

this really sucks when companies dont reply at all :(

I too have nothing but good things to say about Arturia's support - I've always found them to be fairly prompt and very helpful. They've certainly never ignored a support request I've made.

Arturia can be slower than usual during high traffic times like sales/promos. They always catch up though. Sample Logic is also eventually responsive, but their attitude can be a bit dismissive.

thx so much guys! ok cause i opened a ticket/mailed them on their official form about 2-3 months ago, no reply at all.
2nd time i mailed them about 1 week ago, here nothing until now.

well twice mailed and never got a reply, also here, the 2nd time last week, no reply.

Got great support from both, Arturia and Sample Logic. But these are busy times. Wait until Cyber Monday.

this is definitely not normal that you don't get answer from our tech support.
Can you PM me email address you are using for your Arturia account? I'll check what went wrong and we will get back to you.
