I'm super green at this. This setup almost works.. but it doesn't STOP with the transport. (ok, there's no STOP coming out of the module right?)
Also, the clock seems to be at the right tempo, but really out of time. (latency?)
Any tips on how I should be setting this up? Thanks in advance.

The Host Time already provides a clock, no need to have an extra BPM Clock module unless you want subdivisions.
Just take the input for the bar, beat or step, they will trigger based on host time information.
This is enough to trigger some sounds:
