This one is different from the others, I created most of the footage using 3D modeling so its more involved then the other videos.
Will likely use this as the "music video" since this is from the just released new CD, which just got picked up and is currently getting airplay on 130 + stations.
That made my day...

^^^ That's cooler-than-shit. Some really great modeling/transitions/morphing. Love the track too.

Cool track Patch. The music is full of emotion and flows beautifully. The footage is great and brings another dimension to the music. The 3D modelling is fabulous.
Congratulations on the airplay, you must be and should be proud!
Well done!

I tend to use acoustic instruments and samples, haven't used VCV rack.Opaque wrote: ↑Sun Jan 22, 2023 5:54 pm
Although everything was interesting, this was my favorite one, particularly musically. Also, the following one with the tubes - the beginning, both in terms of sound and visual representation, almost felt it might go into something like Gantz Graf direction.
Was the music in those 2 examples done with VCV rack or you used something else, acoustic instruments, etc.?
These days Kontakt got used a lot on the new CD along with some orchestral libraries and custom sounds.
Thanks for the valuable feedback.

Nice one Patch. I really like this one. It does one effect really well. The fading in and out and the joining of the central section to the horizontal waves is particularly nice.
Well done
