Newbie here. I see how to import FXP files but how do I import the FXB files you offer for Charlatan?

Importing of FXP files and FXB files is a functionality which is provided by the DAWs.
And DAWs usually offer both - import of single presets/patches which are stored in FXP files as well as import of banks (multiple presets/patches) which are stored in FXB files.
So it depends on the DAW you use, but often there should be something like 'Import bank' or 'Load bank' or something similar.
It would help to know which DAW you use, in case you cannot find such functionality.

Thank you for your reply. There is an import feature for FXP but not FXB. Using MixPad and the Charlatan GUI provided in the VSTi. I'll research how to make FXB's into FXP's?

you can use free vsthost or TobyBear minihost, load fxb and save fxp one by one.there is some suggestions here viewtopic.php?t=244016
