Congrats Guys
A good contest this time - and thanks for an interesting subject.
I had to use both brain cells at the same time

It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently now an 'elderly' so maybe I forgot!

Congrats!
Well I finally learned a great lesson from voting in this one!
This ”objectivity” that I thought existed and have been using as guideline, as in me giving well-produced Trance music tracks the highest score in OSC - eventhough I don't listen to Trance music(!)
Goes to show that in the future: I'll put my OWN actual taste in music as chief
No more conformity to a certain ”objective” format about music genres.
From now on 100% subjectivity! And I'm superhappy about the lesson!

Great, because I don’t like making spreadsheets.

I think if we all go 100% subjective - then it'll all average out to an objective score anyway. Maybe. Ha!Yadrichik_Chaya wrote: ↑Wed Feb 01, 2023 7:39 pm Congrats!

When voting I try to find a balance between judging on composition, production, originality, personal taste, and adherence to the theme; but I don't have strict weighting factors for those, so yeah:

That's a good list. I agree. For this round I was particularly interested in how people used the drum patterns and breaks. If the song did not change with the changes in drums - then I gave fewer points.

Congratulations to everyone!
I enjoyed all the tracks and i had a hard time to give points, because some are just on such a high level of quality and everyone had nice ideas...so my voting was chaotic
Im exited what you all will submit next time , cheers
