I like the song. I like your voice. The whistle /synth that comes in at 1:60 is too loud, I would bring up your vocals up a bit and lower the other speaking voices. The ending is abrupt.
I like the vibe and lyric's, despite the flaws, I think it's a very good song.

I’m a bit annoyed that I released the track days ago and yet the Russian people have yet to rise up and take out Putin. I guess no-one listens to lyrics anymore.

That's why you need to bring the vocal up.

I wouldn't hurt to include the lyric's, maybe a scroll at the bottom of the video?
I am unqualified to speak to peccadillo's of the Russian people, but we can hope.

Actually, I'm unqualified to review your song, but I do know what I like.
