For months...I've been going completely mental, trying to decide between the ME-80, the Arturia CS-80V & the GX-80. I was weary of the ME-80(due to it's insanely low price)...frustrated with how expensive the CS-80V is and pissed off that the GX-80's GUI is horrendous & that it's CPU-hungry( but fascinated that it's a hybrid of the GX-1 and the CS-80.) Also the programmers behind the GX-80 are brilliant. I finally resolved to just demo the ME-80 & spend some quality time with it & in doing so, I realized that the ME-80 has the best GUI, the best CPU-efficiency, the sound & controls seem very faithful to the original hardware and it's one of the best sounding VST's I've ever heard in this price range, hands down!
However...today, I just placed an order for the ME-80 & received a message saying that he will send me a link when he opens his mailbox?
I wonder what kind of timeline I am dealing with? Also...he mentioned something about the ME-80 may not show up in Windows 10 & I am going to need a couple of lines of code from Microsoft? Will this be at an additional cost?

Just sent download links. The wait was 1.5 hours.

We just solved a problem. The coloured cs80 buttons had wrong filter modes. Most turned into notch filter mode, causing them to be silent when resonance is low. And Chris Kerry also made a fix so old patches will load with harmonics silders (drift page) at Max, since they now affect all oscillators. These two things made the Borseti bank silent. It is now fixed.

Recieved the beta from Chris yesterday. Will complete the new NewFeatures bank and the updated factory bank this weekend; and hopefully Chris can do the new installeres monday.

The files from Microsoft are free.

In case you didn't know already, if you want the large interface you need to install the 'Big' version.

Thank you for your response. I'm having an issue though...I found your e-mail within my spam folder and even though I marked it as not being spam...my PC is still red-flagging it & blocking me from downloading it....what do I do?

When I click on the link, the screen just blinks & nothing happens.

Ah, you manage to open the Mail . Just copy the download link to the adress field in your browser and hit enter.
