What about the Chro-8080? I am waiting for a Reaktor Player version of it, but I think you can email the developer to buy the full Reaktor version.

I always forget about that one. 
I must say that I'm a bit hesitant with developers who offer their plugins that way though. I mean, everyone with a proper business should consider a real website with real company details, and a real payment provider.

i've no interest at all in emulations but a software with capabilities like a Roland V Synth would be nice.

Arturia would be better than nothing but they seem to have an incredible skill of making all the emulations sound kinda same. I don't know what it is about them that makes it so. JP6K is just a small part of a JP 8000-8080, Kontakt Banks is not the same either, Navira is a Jack of all trades and leaning more towards the Virus so not the same + Navira is already a dead product.
Chro-8080 Endless Alpha/Beta and not a finnished product + you need Reaktor on top which adds to the price.
A Synth that has SuperSaws doesn't automaticly make it into a JP 8000-8080 since it can do more than that + the filter and other stuff will not be the same So yeah we need more until we have a Real JP 8000-8080 Emulation that doesn't need a extra layer (Reaktor), to work;)

Anyways jp 8080 is nothing special anymore, it doesnt have a signature sound.
I would like to see you recreate these sounds in this Video with any of the Examples you came up with as a replacement for the JP.
