Of course no one can actually get the "Pop Up Message" needed to get the promo because....Ik Multimedia.

If anyone cracks the code let us know. I've given up for now.....

(tried two different browsers, disabled pop-up blockers, etc)

I actually own Philharmonik from back in Sampletank 1 or 2 days but I doubt it will work these days without much hoop jumping.

I appreciate IK's generosity but it seems like they can't do anything without bumbling through it...

Not working for me either on Chrome with no adblocking. All areas of their ecosystem are turd. Good plugins but crappy authorization/installation/release management.

Yeah a bunch of people are saying the same thing on their Facebook announcement post. No one can get the needed pop up.

Oh well maybe they'll get it sorted soon.....

When I tried it using Chrome I noticed it keeps saying:
"This page was prevented from setting cookies" at the top-right, even though I am allowing them, but it just keeps happening. I don't know if that is related the popup not appearing?

How is this supposed to work? You go to the user area, and then it shows a popup?

That's the problem. No one is getting the popup.

On Facebook IK is blaming the dozens of users reporting this issue. No telling how many are having the same issue away from FB.

"Sorry to hear you are having a problem. I'm not sure what would cause this but the IK Support team would be happy to provide direct and official technical support to help resolve your issue".

Couldn't possibly be yet another IK foul up. No, of course not. The instructions are pretty simple. Not much room for user error....

Only IK could take an action that's supposed to create good will towards the company and turn it into yet another frustrating mess.

I don't really need this but I always salivate like Pavlov's Dog when I see the word "free".......

Same here. No pop-up message in the latest version of Chrome or Firefox. No ad blocker or pop-up blocker enabled. I even tried following the instructions on the site, but I get no notifications of anything. Signing up for the newsletter again (using the same email address as my account) didn't help.

Exactly. They are dead to me.

If you want a free orchestral library, there are solid choices that won't drive you insane with screwball registration/download/etc instructions, like VSCO or Red Room's Palette.

I got a pop up, but not for the Miroslav plugin. But now I have one of the T-Racks plugins...

I got the popup. Installed it and the sounds library. When I try to open the standalone or vst3 it says it can't load the file "Philharmonik 2.vpa" eventhough the file is right where it says it can't load it from.

So much for that freebie

Edit: figured I'd try loading the Miroslav sounds in the free Sampletank 4 CS but it says the sounds are not authorized eventhough Miroslav is authorized and as far as I can see there's no authorize button for the sound lirbary.

EDIT2: OK I didn't realise there was also a seperate activation manager next to the product manager. I've now activated it and CAN load the sounds into Sampletank 4 CS. I tried re-installing Miroslav Philharmonik as well but still the same error.

I've found a fix. Go to IK Multimedia's website and download the installer of the previous version (2.0.5) and the newest version (2.0.6). You can find these when you log in and go to my products. Install 2.0.5 over your current installation and then install 2.0.6 again.

It works for me now hope this helps for you too.

It worked for me now, using the link on the Miroslav promo page.

I better back up those sound library files though... says the download expires in 180 days, and, I remember that IK Multimedia charges for the download then?
