This is, frankly, a very well-done prog piece.
Great guitar work, clear and recognizable vocals, good changes, maintains interest through the entire piece.
Could listen to this all day. A pro bit of music!

jcub,
I noticed better on second listen how well the piano playing is: very good! On first listen it had unexpected twists & turns; on second listen, it made more sense to me. Nice vocals & guitar playing. Well done!

Thanks! The vocalist and lead guitarist, Alan Scott is well worth checking out - he is a great player. I play keys in his band and we will be opening for Living Colour again next month.

Easy and light rock song. Guitar, bass and drums play a very driving rhythm, great!
Very nice growling bass. All in all: I like it a lot.

Hey jcub, this is a solid tune. The back and forth between the main odd meter section and the straight 4 is interesting. The straight 4 section has more forward momentum, so it provides nice little changes of pace. I see what you mean about the guitar work. The solo around 2:15 is solid.

Thanks, ecamburn! I appreciate the comments and listen. Alan is such a great player - he got a shout out from Vernon Reid when we opened for Living Colour this past summer.
