And Now for Something Completely Different:

This is more a film score than anything else. It's a collaboration with Luke from SynthSeeker. I tracked two layers of keys for this one, both with custom patches. The first one was with the minilogue xd for the chords, the second layer was with the JD-08 (well, four layers in there really, you see me rebalance them while playing) for the melody.

The video explains the collab workflow we had a bit.

I think I missed a few in between, but I just finished this one (melodic techno) last week:

DAWful again for a change.

I do plan to make a DAWless album that also works as a live set, but it'll be a while until I'm there. Meanwhile, I procrastinated by making some music in the box again, with Bitwig and all those lovely VSTs.

Did I mention that I love Phase Plant? KVR's Phase Plant One Synth Challenge was one of the things that sent me on this amazing journey of making music that so many of us on.

I'm still making music :) Took a little break from it, but here's a new track. I couldn't decide on a genre, so I took all of them.

It is time! My first album.

https://haslo.bandcamp.com/album/transm ... m-the-void

Took me a while to get to a place where an album would not just be a collection of tracks. I like to think that this is a journey. Inspired by Pink Floyd in that way, an entire experience.

The album is dark and brooding, dystopian even. Drone-y at times, driving and metallic and distorted too.

I'm quite proud of it 😄
