FWIW I was going to to buy your instrument because I like dark weird things, that was until I read the confusing mess about how you get credits to use for samples to use it

If it's a sample based synth you should just get a sample library with it, but not some weird scheme where you get credits over the course of the next 12 months to get them

That's a hard no from me

Probably the system was not understood correctly, we will be happy to explain.

we want to satisfy customers as much as possible - to create a dream product / customized according to their ideas.

It works like this:

- You immediately receive 100 sound banks in multi-octave/layer banks
you can choose them yourself within a few minutes not only from this instrument but also others such as DarkPsy466 which are similar in our club

- In addition to those 100 sounds, you can also download a demo where there are other banks for free, I think 15 banks

- Subsequently, during the next few months you will receive bonus credits and for them you will be able to download another 50 sounds.

So for 25 euros (which is really a ridiculously low amount, similar instruments cost 150-200 euros) you get a total of 100 + 50 sounds and you can download even more in the demo, so maybe up to 165 banks!

When I buy a sample based synth I expect to get a lot of samples with it, all at once right up front

I don't want to deal with waiting for mystery credits and having to install a demo of some other product just to get the samples that should have been included in the first place

If I am getting 150 samples and 165 banks eventually why not just give them to me up front?

As far as samples go, I can go on Splice right now and get 500 samples for $9.99 or 100 for $0.99 and I can pick those out of a library of hundreds of thousands

Ok no problem difference is that this is not single sample instrument but every bank has many layers / octaves - like c4 c5 c6 range etc.

People prefer to ceeate their collection and banks.

Why not just give me those upfront?

Because most customers prefer to create their own database of sounds / banks and have an original collection. (according to our survey/research)

Just like they prefer to choose food from the menu in a restaurant according to their own taste. (choose a drink, soup, main course, dessert - make up their own menu and not be forced to eat and drink what they don't feel like eating or avoid what they are allergic to, such as gluten, histamine, etc.)
