Waveform panic button CPU overload

The most common cause of that is that your system is overloaded - too many effects, or really resource-hungry VST's with a heavy processing requirement. Upper right there's a button that indicates CPU usage, and relative resource usage of the various plugings you may be using. Like, the latest version of Surge XT has presets that can cause stuttering and overload on moderate systems with 4 or 8 Gig of memory; if you enable all of it's internal features and then repeat some of the reverb/echo/eq externally as well as within patches.
It would help if you let the folk know - version of Waveform, Operating system, and for this problem, how much memory do you have? How many plugins are you using, and if you disable some of the echo/reverb/equ plugins you may have, does the issue go away?
